On behalf of our client, we’re looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join an established business in Great Yarmouth. If you’re passionate about IT, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Strong experience in IT support with a good understanding of networking and system administration.
• Familiarity with Office 365, AzureAD, and Intune.
• A problem-solver with great communication skills and attention to detail.
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility for occasional out-of-hours support.

• Providing hands-on IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring systems run smoothly.
• Working with a collaborative team to improve IT processes and efficiency.
• Assisting colleagues with escalated issues and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
• Maintaining IT infrastructure and occasionally travelling offshore for system maintenance.
