QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and IT hardware.
• Proficiency in managing networks, servers, and cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA).

• Technical Support: Provide first-line and second-line support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain company computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly, minimizing downtime.
• IT Infrastructure: Install, configure, and manage operating systems, applications, and devices.
• Network Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and management of LAN/WAN, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
• Data Security: Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and data backup protocols.
• User Training: Conduct training sessions for employees on IT tools, applications, and best practices.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement and maintenance.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of IT systems, procedures, and incident reports.
