We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to help maintain our computer systems and assist users with technical issues. You will be responsible for setting up devices, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and ensuring smooth daily operations of IT systems.

• Provide technical support to staff (in person and remotely)
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other devices
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Set up user accounts and manage access permissions
• Monitor and maintain network systems and internet connectivity
• Keep records of issues and solutions
