This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who can troubleshoot technical issues, maintain system efficiency, and support end-users in a fast-paced logistics environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in logistics or a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, networking, and basic server administration.
  • Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, system upgrades, and printer/network configuration.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to technical emergencies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the company.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve connectivity or application-related problems.
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and security permissions.
  • Perform regular maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure data protection and system integrity.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and log all support requests and resolutions accurately.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and software licensing.
  • Assist in implementing cybersecurity protocols and compliance with IT policies.
  • Provide training or guidance to staff on basic system operations and tools.
