Description

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide first-line technical assistance to end users. The ideal candidate will diagnose hardware/software issues, manage user accounts, maintain systems and networks, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified (MCP/MCSA), ITIL Foundation, CCNA (basic networking knowledge).
  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, basic networking.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or helpdesk system.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security tools.
  • Assist employees with common technical issues related to MS Office, email, VPN, and internal systems.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets.
  • Provide training and documentation for users on basic IT functions and security best practices.
  • Perform regular system and data backups.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems proactively.
  • Ensure antivirus and patch updates are deployed across the network.
  • Track and manage IT hardware and software inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, purchases, and service contracts.
  • Assist with LAN/WAN setup, Wi-Fi configuration, and basic server maintenance.
  • Support firewall, routers, switches, and VPN connectivity issues (basic level).
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
  • Support implementation of cybersecurity measures.
  • Report and escalate security incidents promptly.
