Citadel Health Management & Consultancy is a growing healthcare management and consultancy firm with a team of around 100+ employees. We specialize in delivering end-to-end solutions to healthcare facilities including hospitals, clinics, and other medical projects.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive to strengthen our internal IT support and contribute to the smooth execution of our healthcare projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT support, networking, and server management (2–4 years in a similar role).
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, routers, switches, and firewall management.
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining shared servers, data storage, and backup systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot day-to-day hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and basic IT security practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to employees across all departments, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Plan, configure, and maintain networking infrastructure for new healthcare projects (clinics, hospitals, medical centers, etc.).
  • Set up, manage, and maintain shared servers, data storage, and backup systems for smooth team collaboration.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot office hardware (computers, printers, scanners, etc.) and software applications.
  • Ensure proper implementation of cybersecurity practices, user access controls, and regular data security checks.
  • Support IT-related procurement, including hardware, software, and networking equipment.
  • Provide technical training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and applications.
  • Document IT procedures, asset inventories, and maintain records of support requests.
  • Work with external vendors when required for IT equipment, software, or networking solutions.
