• Familiar with networking/ IT products
• Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting network protocols and services.
• Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a networking environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certifications are preferred.

• Provide expert-level technical support for network-related issues, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve network hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary adjustments.
• Implement and enforce network security measures to protect systems and data.
• Collaborate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of networking hardware and software.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and procedures.
• Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects related to network enhancements.
