Level: Executive
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary Range: S$3,000 – $4,500
Annual Leave: 14 days (plus statutory leaves)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Executive to join our growing team at OneO2Plants . This role is key to ensuring smooth IT operations across the company, supporting both our people and our business systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, and network troubleshooting).
• Administer Active Directory Server (user accounts, password resets, access rights).
• Manage LAN, WAN, and wireless network stability.
• Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) and Asana .
• Oversee IT assets lifecycle (procurement, issuance, recovery).
• Maintain company telephone system (IP/PBX).
• Ensure IT security policies are followed, keeping systems healthy and updated.
• Maintain IT documentation (asset registers, licenses, network diagrams).
• Conduct IT training for staff when new systems or upgrades are introduced.
• Assist in IT project planning and system upgrades.
