Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This position also responsible to support for our IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and data management

Job Description :

• Provide technical support to end-users in local and overseas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Perform system upgrades and patch installations.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software.
• Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new technology.
• Maintain the IT helpdesk system and ensure timely resolution of support tickets in ASIAN region.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of IT systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop and Servers OS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Share Point Power Automate and PowerBi and Active Directory.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel within ASEAN region.
