Job Description GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for an IT Support Agent who will maintain the computer systems, ensuring that they run smoothly and providing technical support and advice to computer users. Main Duties: Deliver service and support to end-users, via remote connection or via direct contact Gather employees’ information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms Identify and escalate priority issues per problem specifications to appropriate resources Follow up on problems with end-users when necessary Stay current with system information, changes and updates Evaluate system potential by testing compatibility of new programs with existing programs Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Install, repair, and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners Respond to breakdowns Investigate, diagnose and solve computer software and hardware faults Follow standard processes and procedures & prioritize critical issues by level of importance Qualifications Education: University degree in Business Computer or MIS. Experience/Knowledge: Relevant IT experience or qualifications in the Microsoft servers and desktops. Relevant IT experience or qualifications in Cisco (CCNA is a plus) IT Technical skills. Skills/Competencies: Organizational & prioritizing skills. Customer Service & Communication skills. A meticulous and methodical approach Capable of working well under pressure.
