ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Onsite IT Support Technician to join our team in Kitimat, BC for a short-term project. This role involves hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and providing excellent end-user support for a key client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide local and remote IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Assist with user setup, domain join, and smart card configuration
  • Reimage and deploy systems as needed
  • Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking
  • Respond to service requests using ticketing tools
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT procedures and security policies
