Description Internship Overview: The IT Support Intern will provide hands-on support to the company’s IT department by assisting with user account management, system maintenance, and technical support. This role is ideal for a motivated individual pursuing a career in information technology who wants to gain practical, real-world experience in network administration, user support, and systems management. Essential Functions: • Create and deactivate user accounts in Active Directory. • Perform Windows updates and ensure systems remain current and secure. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications as needed. • Assist with diagnosing and resolving printer and peripheral issues. • Support the IT team by responding to and assisting with help desk tickets. • Assist with basic network tasks, including connectivity troubleshooting and device setup. • Provide general technical support to users, ensuring prompt and courteous service. • Set up and configure new PCs and laptops for new hires or replacements.
