At IQM, we are on a mission to shape the future of quantum computing, and we are looking for an IT Support Lead to join our global IT and Cyber Security team. In this role, you will provide expert support to your colleagues, ensure business continuity, and drive the development of our IT Support function. WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar or leadership role.
A solid understanding of IT systems, processes, and support principles.
Familiarity with support frameworks like ITIL.
Experience in support organizations, ideally in a team lead capacity.
Knowledge of information security and business continuity principles.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
Flexibility to adapt to changing company priorities.
While not required, the following qualifications will set you apart:
A degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, or Systems Engineering.
Experience in software development, cyber security, or privacy compliance.
Previous experience in a start-up environment.
Knowledge of quantum computing and related technologies.
Team management experience.
