Are you an experienced IT professional ready to take the lead in a collaborative, service-focused environment?
We’re seeking an IT Support Lead to join our dynamic IT team. This role will see you leading a small but dedicated support team, driving excellence in frontline technical assistance across our organisation—including support for our branches in New Zealand and Western Australia.

Responsibilities

As the IT Support Lead, you’ll:

  • Be the first point of contact for escalated technical issues.
  • Provide hands-on Level 1 and 2 support for software, hardware, and network matters.
  • Guide, mentor, and support a small team of IT Support Analysts.
  • Lead incident management and ticketing processes (using Freshservice).
  • Help build a high-performing, customer-focused IT support function.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and IT documentation.
