Position Overview:
We are looking for an IT Support (Level 2) to join our team in Dublin.
This role is perfect for someone ready to take the next step from Level 1 support into a more advanced position, building skills in cloud services, networking, and device management.
The role focuses on day-to-day IT support through our ticketing system, resolving escalated issues efficiently, from login difficulties and printer problems to hardware repairs on tablets, laptops, and mobile devices .
You will manage and maintain Microsoft environments (Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Windows Server), handle Mobile Device Management (MDM) via Intune, and provide occasional server and network administration support.
