Position Overview:
We are looking for an IT Support (Level 2) to join our team in Dublin.
This role is perfect for someone ready to take the next step from Level 1 support into a more advanced position, building skills in cloud services, networking, and device management.
The role focuses on day-to-day IT support through our ticketing system, resolving escalated issues efficiently, from login difficulties and printer problems to hardware repairs on tablets, laptops, and mobile devices .
You will manage and maintain Microsoft environments (Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Windows Server), handle Mobile Device Management (MDM) via Intune, and provide occasional server and network administration support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for end-users, resolving escalated issues efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft environments, including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related services.
  • Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs).
  • Support and maintain Windows Server environments, including patching and backups.
  • Configure and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Intune).
  • Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments.
  • Document processes, solutions, and maintain accurate technical records.

Qualifications And Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Windows Server.
  • Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions and endpoint management.
  • Understanding of IT security best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
