The IT Support Logistics Coordinator is responsible for providing technical support while managing the logistics of IT equipment, software, and services. This role ensures seamless coordination between IT operations and supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, and asset tracking. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and exceptional organizational abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems for end-users (e.g., VPN, Microsoft 365, macOS).
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (laptops, printers, servers, etc.).
• Assist in managing IT service requests and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.

LOGISTICS COORDINATION DUTIES:

• Manage IT inventory, including tracking, ordering, and distributing equipment/supplies.
• Coordinate procurement of IT assets (e.g., laptops, peripherals, licenses) and maintain vendor relationships.
• Oversee asset lifecycle management (deployment, maintenance, retirement).
• Schedule and log deliveries/returns of IT equipment across departments or locations.
• Maintain accurate records of warranties, licenses, and service agreements.
• Assist in budgeting and cost optimization for IT logistics.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Document processes and create reports on IT logistics metrics (e.g., inventory levels, turnaround times).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance) to streamline workflows.
• Support IT projects involving equipment rollouts or system upgrades.
