Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to join our dynamic team and drive continued excellence in our IT service operations. The IT Support Manager will ensure that the Information Technology delivery meets the requirements of VMCH staff. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk and work closely with our technology leaders and our vendor partners to ensure we can implement processes to streamline the management of issues and improve customer satisfaction, ensuring strong customer satisfaction!
