Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently hiring for multiple positions in the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah)

1. End User Support Engineer
2. Desktop Support Engineer
3. Service Desk Engineer
4. IT Asset Management Engineer
5. AV System Engineer
6. IT Resdient Engineer

Desired Candidate Profile

Currently in UAE and available to start from 1st October.

Willing to work on yearly contract (1 Year - Extendable)

Strong relevant experience of at least 3 to 4 years in one of the above mentioned roles.

Arabic speakers highly preferred

Linux Server Administration, CentOS, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Windows Server, VPS and Dedicated Server Provisioning, KVM, OpenVZ, Virtualizor, OpenStack, WHM/cPanel, Apache, Nginx, DNS Management, IP Routing, Load Balancing, iptables, CSF, UFW, firewalld, SSH Hardening, RAID, LVM, JetBackup, rsync, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Cron Jobs, Bash Scripting, Git, Log Analysis, Performance Monitoring, Incident Management, SLA Compliance, ITSM Best Practices, AI Tools and Automation
