Key Responsibilities:

• Manage service desk operations, prioritising, resolving and escalating support tickets.
• Coordinate incident escalation procedures, providing timely support for complex technical issues.
• Administer hardware, software and business applications to maintain system availability and operational performance.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn from feedback and collaborate with peers.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge capture as part of delivery activities.

Key Requirements:

• 6-18 months of proven experience in a similar IT Service Desk or Technical Support role.
• Proven experience working within Microsoft Suite; Active Directory, Intune, SharePoint, Entra ID, etc.
• Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong enthusiasm for technology and a demonstrated commitment to learning and development.
• The ability to work independently, while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
