We are seeking a skilled IT Support Officer to provide technical assistance across the company and ensure smooth IT operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ UAE experience in IT/end-user support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, smart devices, and Mac OS.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN and system security.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Arabic (Required), English (Preferred).
• UAE Driving License (Preferred).

• Provide IT support for hardware, software, and networks.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, smart devices, and printers.
• Support Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, Mac OS, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues; escalate when necessary.
• Monitor and maintain company systems and data security.
• Handle software installations, upgrades, and backups.
• Respond promptly to staff requests onsite and remotely.
• Record and document incidents and solutions.
• Provide out-of-hours support if required.
