Location: Central London (Hybrid – Work-from-home Fridays!)
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits

SKILLS NEEDED

  • Strong IT intuition and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand systems and troubleshoot issues.
  • A natural curiosity and ingenuity when navigating IT challenges; deep technical expertise is not essential, as we work closely with an external IT company.
  • Confident in handling day-to-day IT tasks and comfortable escalating more complex issues when necessary.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both internal teams and external IT support.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple IT and procurement-related tasks efficiently.
  • High commercial acumen with the ability to identify trends, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily support, issue triaging, and issue escalation.
  • Hardware/software setup and procurement.
  • Mobile phone account management.
  • Staff IT onboarding/offboarding.
  • Liaison with external IT company.
  • Technical admin of non-critical systems (e.g., SharePoint).
  • User training and IT support.
  • Helping to create manuals or tutorials.
  • Managing end-user security.
  • Test and evaluate new technologies.
  • Auditing of all company equipment.
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records.

OTHER TASKS

  • Asset management.
  • Support for projects and documentation.
