About the Role: IT Support Officer
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on IT Support Officer to play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly and securely. You’ll work closely with our external Managed Service Provider while being the friendly on-the-ground support our team relies on.
This is your chance to bring your tech know-how into a role with purpose – helping us deliver high-quality care with reliable, compliant, and future-focused IT solutions.

Responsibilities

Be our in-house go-to for all things IT & Communications
Coordinate with our MSP to maintain robust, seamless operations across our network, internet, and phone systems
Provide responsive on-site tech support to staff and residents – minimising downtime and keeping things running smoothly
Lead rollouts of new systems and ensure compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
Empower staff with effective IT training and friendly, patient support
