To meet our current corporate needs, we are looking to bring to our team an IT Support Officer In This Role, You Will Provide technical troubleshooting for user issues, supporting business-critical software. Be Technical user support on company’s sites. Managing technical requests via ticketing system. Escalating unresolved issues to higher support levels (Second Level Support). Handling Software installation/upgrades/maintenance (MS Office, MS Windows, Mac OS, email, etc.), troubleshooting on Windows, Mac OS, VPN. Preparing and Configuring the IT equipment. Managing\supporting meeting conferences. On-site support (desktop and mobile phones, printers, etc.). Flexibility to Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation. Your Qualifications BSc in Computer Science or a related field degree. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position. Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365. Basic knowledge of Networking ( LAN/WiFi networks). Good knowledge of computer hardware. Technology literate with basic knowledge of office automation and remote support tools. Experience in providing application support for business-related software and user-facing applications. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents. Bonus points for experience in Sharepoint / OneDrive. Communicating effectively in both written and spoken Greek and English.
