· Provide first-level support for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
· Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
· Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues via phone, email, or in-person support.
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across internal systems and applications.
· Perform routine system monitoring, data backups, and antivirus updates.
· Support and maintain LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and network security.
· Assist in the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and IT projects.
· Maintain documentation of IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and asset inventory.
· Liaise with third-party vendors for software/hardware procurement or warranty support.
Skills
· Good Knowledge of Domains and active directory .
· Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and printer management.
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in IT support.
· Strong problem-solving and analytic skills .
· Excellent verbal , written communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Ensure IT compliance with company policies and data security standards.
