️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Tackling support tickets and phone calls via our central service desk
- Diagnosing and fixing everyday IT headaches – from printers to passwords
- Setting up new user accounts, managing access permissions, and rolling out devices
- Installing and updating software across laptops, desktops, and mobiles
- Maintaining accurate records, user guides, and our knowledge base
- Providing guidance and friendly training to help staff feel confident with IT
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly
- Escalating complex issues to senior staff (you’re part of a team – you’re never alone!)
