Are you a problem-solver with a passion for technology? We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join our IT Services department at NPTC Group of Colleges.
Scale 4, Points 21 - 24, £28,086 - £30,246 per annum.
Permanent, full time.
37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).
About you: Ideally you will have a level 4 qualification in relevant discipline (HNC or equivalent), and relevant experience in computing and IT Support. Candidates must hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate to Level 3. Experience with desktop PC hardware is essential.
