Are you an IT Support professional looking for a hands-on role where you can work directly with users across multiple sites?

We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Officer to join the internal technology team of a well-established organisation with multiple locations across Brisbane.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys face-to-face IT support, troubleshooting and working independently while gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies and environments.

The opportunity

You will provide L1/L2 onsite IT support across approximately 5-6 sites, supporting hundreds of end users. You will be the primary onsite IT contact, handling issues through to resolution or escalation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite L1/L2 IT support across multiple locations
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, VPN, connectivity and hardware issues
• Prepare and deploy laptops, monitors and peripherals
• Support new starters with device setup and access
• Manage IT hardware, assets, warranties and replacements
• Provide basic networking and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Manage tickets through ServiceNow
• Liaise with infrastructure teams, vendors and key stakeholders
• Travel between sites as required

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, confident troubleshooting issues and comfortable dealing directly with users.

You don't need to be a deep technical specialist we're looking for someone who takes ownership, learns quickly and communicates well.

A driver's licence is required, with pool vehicles available for business travel.
