Job Description Responsibilities : Willingness and ability to evolve in the area demonstrating proactivity in topics inside and outside their scope; Ability to work in a team and in a heterogeneous environment Social skills for 1st line management with the end user; Critical thinking; Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools; On-Site Work Regime (Hybrid); Mandatory: Monitoring TV dashboards in the office; Tape rotation for daily off-site vaulting process; Intermediate knowledge from the user's perspective of Productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Teams); Incident and Service Request management in the internal ITSM tool (Service-Now) and in suppliers' Web portals; Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory and Domain object management (Users, Security Groups, Computers, DNS records); Basic knowledge of Windows server administration; Basic knowledge of PowerShell for script creation/execution;
Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support and field operations, including incident and service request management via ServiceNow. Responsibilities include monitoring office dashboards and managing daily off-site tape rotation processes.
