Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional with a strong background in federal environments to provide comprehensive technical support and contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Databricks, SharePoint, Agile methodologies, and software application testing. The role requires both technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a structured, compliance-driven setting. Key Responsibilities: · Provide data bricks development, troubleshooting, and resolution for end-user and system issues in a federal IT environment. · Utilize SharePoint sites and related collaboration tools. · Support data integration, analytics, and automation tasks using Databricks and related technologies. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, testing, and retrospectives. · Conduct software application testing, including writing test cases, executing test plans, and documenting results. · Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, and process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: · 4+ years of professional IT experience, preferably within a federal or government contracting environment. · Hands-on experience with Databricks, testing and Agile/Scrum frameworks. · Proven ability to test, troubleshoot, and deploy software applications. · Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Familiarity with federal IT standards, compliance requirements, and secure systems environments. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience working with cloud-based technologies. · Active federal security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
