Job Scope: As a vital member of our IT Support team, you'll play a key role in supporting our dynamic Telesales operations, ensuring our technological infrastructure enables us to serve our customers effectively. You'll tackle challenges head-on, providing reliable technical assistance and contributing to our continuous pursuit of excellence. Key Tasks: Support Telesales operations by installing, configuring, and maintaining their IT equipment and systems. Ensure optimal performance of computer systems and networks used by the Telesales team. Respond swiftly to service issues and requests, prioritizing timely resolution to minimize disruptions. Collaborate closely with the Telesales team to understand their technical needs and provide solutions. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of Telesales activities. Stay up-to-date with technology trends to suggest improvements for Telesales IT infrastructure. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in IT or related field. Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) essential for our diverse workplace. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably with exposure to Telesales operations.
