JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist with general IT requirements & build and maintain the company’s in-house and proprietary software and smart device applications.

• Assist with General IT Requirements
  · Setting up Windows PCs/laptops & installing proprietary software for employees.
  · Providing basic training on company-wide software systems.
  · Liaising with external IT support to troubleshoot hardware & software issues.
  · Assisting with maintaining/upgrading company servers.
  · Setting up NUCs & installing proprietary software for customers.
