Full job description· Follow up internal and external customers to achieve monthly sales target, increase sales turnover by adding new laundry orders.

· Support branch staff to manager daily laundry operation.

· Prepare sales quotation and negotiate new laundry contract.

· Handle social media activities and conduct brand awareness activities

· Conduct customer loyalty and retention activities.

· Manager delivery scheduling and customer order scheduling with staff and drivers.

· Manage online orders, update order status.

· Telemarketing and accrue new customers / monitor and update google, social media marketing.

· Follow up new customer inquiries and convert in to sales/ Handle web and google inquires.
