Full job description

• Manage and monitor day-to-day IT operations, systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications and IT systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for application-related incidents and service requests.
• Monitor application performance, system availability, and identify potential issues proactively.
• Coordinate with software vendors, service providers, and internal teams for technical support and issue resolution.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, licenses, and application configurations.
• Perform system updates, patches, upgrades, and application deployments as required.
• Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Assist with backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and business continuity activities.
• Ensure IT systems comply with company policies, security standards, and operational requirements.
• Monitor IT assets and maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and licenses.
• Provide training and guidance to users on applications and IT systems when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, application support, or a similar role.
• Experience with ERP/application implementation and support.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms
• Knowledge of system administration, user access management, backups, and IT security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
