We are seeking a reliable and technically strong IT Specialist to manage and support all IT‑related operations across the organisation to manage day-to-day IT operations across our office, retail stores, and restaurant business. The role combines first-line user support, employee onboarding and offboarding, device and account administration, basic network support, software and licence management, and coordination with external IT vendors. The successful candidate should ensure that business-critical IT systems remain operational.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in IT support, system administration, helpdesk support, or a similar role.
• Practical experience supporting Windows computers and common business software.
• Basic experience supporting macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
• Good understanding of Outlook, Microsoft Office applications, user accounts, and licence administration.
• Basic knowledge of local networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPNs, IP addressing, and internet troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and other office or retail equipment.
• Familiarity with user-access management, password resets, multifactor authentication, and basic information-security practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
• Ability to organise multiple support requests and follow issues through to resolution. Willingness to travel between the company’s office, retail stores, and restaurant locations within the UAE.
• ·Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.

Requirements

• Experience supporting IT operations in retail, grocery, food distribution, hospitality, or restaurant environments.
• Experience with Syrve, 1C, VPN services, or endpoint-management tools.
• Knowledge of retail equipment, order-picking tablets, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and restaurant devices.
• UAE driving licence would be an advantage.

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
