THE ROLE:
We are seeking a mid-level Information Technology Support Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to provide exceptional technical support, maintain our technology infrastructure, and manage end user needs in a fast paced environment.
In this role, you will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, manage IT assets, and ensure seamless daily operations by addressing user needs promptly and professionally.
You will also serve as the primary contact for Very Important Persons and senior stakeholders across the business, requiring strong communication skills to handle their inquiries with discretion and efficiency.
You will collaborate with team members and uphold company standards to maintain a secure and efficient workplace, while demonstrating the ability to independently oversee the office’s infrastructure.
