As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to help maintain and enhance the technology systems that support our operations.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to assist in troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving our IT systems. In this role, you will provide support for both hardware and software issues, ensuring that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to internal teams and users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
• Assist with system upgrades and patches.
• Monitor and maintain network security, backup systems, and data integrity.
• Document and track all IT-related incidents and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
• Work with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.
• Participate in IT projects and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting network issues and network hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365, as well as basic server management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based platforms
• Knowledge of IT security practices and data protection regulations.
• Experience with mobile device management
• Basic scripting knowledge
