Tasks and Responsibilities Support of Computerized Systems: Supporting computers for qualification according to defined strategy User administration and support deployment of new tools Reporting periodically Performing system reviews (for GMP systems) and backups Regular contacts and cooperation with software providers Lab IT support Prepare documentation of installations Implementation of IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutions Troubleshooting and investigation for analytical software applications and lab PC systems Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area Over 2 years of experience in participating in a desk-side support environment Good understanding of and motivation for working in regulated environments (GxP) IT knowledge is required Ability and willingness to work in a paper-based environment Flexible and team oriented person Collaborative and creative individual who owns and solves problems creatively, can communicate his/her ideas and results very effectively to colleagues and stakeholders Experienced working in multinational teams, i.e. sensitive of cultural differences and adaptable Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months Broad range of activities, tasks, and projects Vouchers (B-day voucher, wedding, and new born surprise) Fishing for Friends program – our referral program Refreshments in the D-ploy office Further development and professional advancement Friendly and international working environment Company-sponsored events Competitive salary and various benefits Is IT in your DNA?
