JOB OVERVIEW
Blue Summit is expanding! Currently we are looking for a IT Support Specialist to service our commercial and small business customers in the Carlsbad area. This team member will be working with clients in person and over the phone to resolve technical issues, review business processes and offer suggestions and expertise to eliminate business technology issues.
This is a full-time, in-person, position direct with Blue Summit. We offer paid time off, ongoing training and the opportunity to expand your horizons. The work schedule is dependent on our clients’ needs, but normal hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND
You will be working directly with clients on a day to day basis. An associate’s or technical degree in computer science or related field is required. Relevant certifications (A+, Microsoft 365, etc.) are a necessity as clients are looking to utilize your expertise. Experience in consulting or working in a multi-client environment is a strong plus. Past employment with an MSP is a plus. Experience working with Microsoft 365, Azure AD and InTune, PDQ, 3Cx and VMWare are incredibly helpful.
