JOB SUMMARY:

Branded Bills is hiring an IT Specialist to be the hands-on operator ensuring our teams have the technology and support they need every day. This role is the first point of contact for IT issues and will also assist with projects that improve our infrastructure, security, and SaaS systems. The IT Specialist will work closely with the IT Manager to keep systems secure, users productive, and operations running smoothly across headquarters, warehouse, and remote teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or helpdesk roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
  • Experience with supporting Cisco networking
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments and identity/access management.
  • Exposure to endpoint protection, patching, or other IT security practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, or similar) preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Helpdesk & User Support – Act as the first line of support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Provide timely assistance to in-office, warehouse, and remote employees.
  • Device Lifecycle Management – Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers. Manage onboarding and offboarding of users, ensuring secure access and smooth transitions.
  • Application Administration – Support account provisioning, permissions, and troubleshooting across SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, NetSuite, Shopify Plus, and HubSpot.
  • Security Operations – Enforce endpoint security policies, install updates and patches, and monitor device health. Assist with vulnerability scans, incident response, and security awareness efforts.
  • Network & Facility Support – Provide on-site assistance for warehouse and office networking, Wi-Fi optimization, handheld scanner support, and connected devices.
  • Documentation & Training – Maintain IT documentation (assets, SOPs, FAQs) and help train staff on best practices, including security awareness and tool usage.
  • Project Assistance – Participate in system upgrades, rollouts, and new technology implementations under direction of the IT Manager.
