Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education or degree in Information Technology-related field preferred. Experience and/or training in a Microsoft Windows Domain-based environment. Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite required. Basic workstation and networking troubleshooting skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot problems encountered with computer hardware and software, basic LAN and WAN networks, and peripherals. Typical support requests include: password lockouts, printer setup and troubleshooting, network resource access, remote access, email setup and troubleshooting, and phone setup and troubleshooting. Coordinate with IT Department for appropriate support and escalations. Accurately document service requests. Create and maintain support knowledgebase articles. Image and prepare laptops and desktops for users.
