IT TECH / SPECIALIST – FLEXIBLE HOURS / ON RETAINER

We’re a well-established Building Restoration business (Circle Restoration) with a streamlined IT setup, currently managed by our in-house IT lead. As our IT guy transitions out of his role, we’re looking for an experienced IT Tech / Specialist to step in and ensure a smooth handover and ongoing support. Our IT environment is stable and well-maintained, so the role will focus on maintenance, troubleshooting, and small changes as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong Experience in IT or related field.
• Strong Windows 10 & 11 support experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (asset).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• All things that come with IT support are needed for a company of 30 people.

• Provide IT support for staff as needed (hardware, software, network).
• Manage updates, backups, and minor system changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Assist in transitioning IT responsibilities from the current IT lead.
• Maintain and improve cloud storage solutions (Dropbox).
• Ensure security best practices are followed.
