IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST – CLEAR CODE

You’ll be the trusted guide who keeps our clients’ systems running smoothly from top to bottom: desktops, servers, networks, and beyond.
This isn’t just an IT job—it’s a chance to be the bridge between people and technology.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 2+ years in IT support (MSP or internal IT team).
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Windows Server and Desktop environments
  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Admin Center)
  • Active Directory & Group Policies
  • VOIP systems
  • Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, switches)
  • Bonus points for:
  • SQL Server, virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V), backup systems
  • Hands-on with RMM/PSA tools like ConnectWise or Autotask

SOFT SKILLS

  • Clear communicator who can translate “tech” into plain English.
  • Organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, independent problem-solver.
  • Professional and discreet when handling confidential info.

  • Troubleshoot across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, VOIP phones, and peripherals.
