Responsibilities: Implement IT software installation and support for IT infrastructure and end-users. Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics. Provide timely response and solutions for tickets as per IT HelpDesk. Perform asset management, provide IT assets to employees as per assets’ agreements and ensure assets return. Conduct Preventive maintenance and repairing of IT Assets as per company requirements. Plan, design and implement new office networking infrastructure. Provide IT reports and review as per procedural documentation. Perform BCP activities as per procedures and BCP calendar timelines. Support the Senior Leadership Team by aligning the IT infrastructure to achieve current and future business requirements. Conduct laptops maintenance and troubleshooting. Implement other duties assigned by supervisor
