Century Cabinetry, Inc. has an excellent opportunity for a IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. Play a key role in supporting our enterprise systems, maintaining data integrity, and enabling efficient reporting/analytics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working collaboratively across departments, and contributing to the smooth operation of business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma (required).
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or relevant certifications (preferred).

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years in IT support or technical support roles.
• Intermediate SQL skills and experience writing queries using visual tools.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Teams).
• Familiarity with IBM iSeries (preferred).
• Familiarity with IBM Cognos Analytics (preferred).

SKILLS:

• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and retain technical information.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
