JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, networking, and customer service skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelors in Information Systems or a related field
· Windows Operating System 2+ years, Windows Server 1 year preferred, Help Desk experience preferred
· Willingness to learn.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal communication, writing, organizational skills.
· Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Team-oriented with the ability to work cohesively with others.
· Windows, Office Applications, windows server, Active Directory, Group Policy, VPNs, File Servers, IP Phones, and Network Troubleshooting
· Computer Components, Printers, Desktop Peripherals
· Driver’s license required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
