THE OPPORTUNITY

DeVry Greenhouses is looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to help drive operational reliability and technical excellence across our growing greenhouse operations. This is a dynamic, onsite position that’s ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of frontline support, infrastructure maintenance, and system administration in a high-paced, production-oriented environment. You’ll be working with the rest of the 10-person IT team to ensure performance, security, and scalability of your technology systems. The IT Support Specialist’s core mandate is to maximize the availability, security, and uptime (targeting 99.5%) of IT systems across all DeVry locations. This includes supporting end users, maintaining desktop and server environments, administrative support of Microsoft 365 apps and services, and managing networking hardware.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma in Information Technology (or related) with 3+years of experience, OR a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Valid BC Driver’s License and ability to travel within BC.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
