Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • A positive attitude and excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
  • Windows 10 experience
  • MacOS experience
  • Experience as a helpdesk tech
  • Experience with a ticketing system
  • Guide users with simple step-by-step instructions
  • Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office suites
  • Experience with Google workspaces
  • Experience maintaining security in an enterprise environment by ensuring compliance to corporate standards, policies, and procedures
  • Experience supporting mobile devices in a corporate environment
  • Experience troubleshooting home network and wireless issues
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to diagnose hardware and/or software problems and escalate correctly
  • Self-motivator with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • May perform routine system administration activities such as adding/modifying/removing user access, installing upgrades and patches, maintaining spreadsheets, HW/SW ordering, etc.
