Job Title: Remote IT Support Specialist (CDK Experience in Automotive Dealerships)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking experienced IT professionals with hands-on CDK or CDK DMS experience from within automotive dealerships (not CDK Global itself). This role is remote and supports dealership technology infrastructure with a strong emphasis on environments where CDK is the core platform.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Hands-on experience with CDK / CDK DMS while working inside an automotive dealership
  •  2+ years in an IT role such as Desktop Support, Systems Administrator, or DevOps within a dealership setting
  •  Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and dealership workflows
  •  Familiarity with dealership-specific hardware (e.g., printers, scanning equipment, inventory systems)
  •  Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
  •  Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Experience with dealership integrations (CRM, service scheduling tools, third-party apps)
  •  Exposure to IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
  •  Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in dealership settings
  •  Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or CDK tools)

Responsibilities
