WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Provide Tier 2 support across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Defender, and Exchange Online
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues via HALO ITSM and remote tools
  • Administer Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Manager including compliance and Conditional Access
  • Support Microsoft 365 platforms: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Purview, and Entra ID
  • Implement and manage security controls aligned with Zero Trust principles
  • Contribute to IT projects such as user migrations, policy rollouts, and license optimisation
  • Support core network services (Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS) and investigate performance issues
  • Maintain documentation and mentor junior team members
