We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at The EARTHWORKS Group. In this role, you will provide essential IT support to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques and desktop support practices.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems is essential.
  • Experience with computer hardware components and configurations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of VPN and firewall management is a plus.
  • Experience with backup of servers, and onsite/offsite storage tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support for team members working onsite and remote and issues related to computer systems, VPN, servers, software, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware problems to ensure operational readiness for all team members.
  • Manage desktop support tasks including installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and peripherals.
  • Assist in the management of firewalls and network security protocols.
  • Utilize help desk software to track issues and resolutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance IT processes and improve user experience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to user inquiries.
